At KIPARDO, we use 6061-T6 aluminum material for our forged alloy rims due to its exceptional strength, with a tensile strength of 310 MPa and yield strength of 275 MPa. This material also offers excellent fatigue resistance, superior corrosion resistance, and a lightweight design with a density of 2.7 g/cm³. Precision Machining Striving for Excellence
Our factory utilizes an advanced forging process combined with CNC machining to create high-quality aftermarket forged wheels. We start from a block of 6061 aluminum, which is placed into a press machine that applies enormous pressure, shaping the material into the desired wheel form. This high-pressure forging technique ensures the wheel is stronger and lighter than cast or flow-formed wheels. After forging, the wheel undergoes heat treatment, followed by CNC turning and milling to refine the wheel design, eliminate the defects of the surfaces, and ensure high precision of the forged wheels. Although this process usually takes about 5 hours, we prioritize quality and consistency to deliver forged aluminum wheels that meet our clients’ expectations.

- Gentle Cleaning: Never spray cold water on hot wheels after driving, as temperature shifts can damage the finish.And use only pH-neutral automotive soap non-acidic wheel cleaners for cleaning.
- Surface Protection: Apply a high-quality ceramic coating or wheel wax every 4 to 6 months, this can prevent brake dust, trail mud and road salt from baking into the wheel surface.
KIPARDO offers a 10-year warranty for forged wheels, covering material defects and manufacturing defects. If damage occurs due to production quality issues within the warranty period, please contact us promptly for after-sales service.
Our standard production lead time under normal circumstances is as follows:
