KIPARDO QUALITY CONTROL
Alloy Wheel Air Leak
Testing Process
We run automated air leak testing to check wheel sealing and pressure retention before each alloy wheel moves to the next quality-control stage.
WHAT THE TEST CHECKS
Air leak testing checks wheel airtightness
An alloy wheel air leak test applies controlled pressure and checks whether air escapes through the wheel structure.
We select the inspection program that matches the wheel specification before the machine begins its cycle.

Automated Wheel Transfer
The conveyor moves each wheel toward the sealed test chamber and keeps the inspection sequence consistent. Automated transfer maintains stable wheel positioning as the machine prepares the next cycle.

Inspection Monitoring
Our operator follows the machine status, reviews the test response and confirms cycle completion. We record the outcome before the wheel moves to the next production stage.
WHY THE RESULT MATTERS
The result guides our quality decision
An undetected leak path can reduce tire-pressure retention and affect wheel performance during service. Air leak inspection helps us identify sealing concerns before the wheel enters final quality review.
Our quality team compares the outcome with the wheel program. We isolate any nonconforming wheel, correct the issue and conduct an additional inspection.
