Low-Pressure Casting Alloy Wheels
See how we take your alloy wheel project from alloy preparation and controlled mold filling to machining, finishing and quality checks.
LOW-PRESSURE CASTING
From molten alloy to your finished wheel
Low-pressure casting injects molten metal into a mold under controlled pressure, allowing more complete filling than gravity casting. This reduces porosity and other defects, creates a denser structure, and improves overall product performance and quality.
We show you our low-pressure casting process through real factory stages, pairing each step with the relevant image so you can understand how we support your project review.
PROCESS SEQUENCE
Six production stages, shown in the factory

01 / ALLOY PREPARATION
Alloy Preparation
We start each low-pressure casting cycle with aluminium alloy preparation. Our process includes melting, degassing and sample analysis before the metal enters the casting station.
These steps help us prepare the molten alloy for stable filling and support consistent control through the following forming stage.

02 / LOW-PRESSURE FORMING
Low-Pressure Forming
We guide molten aluminium alloy into the wheel mold under controlled pressure. We manage the filling, mold conditions and cooling sequence to form the wheel blank.
After demolding, we transfer the casting to the next production stage for inspection and downstream processing.

03 / BLANK INSPECTION
Blank Inspection
We inspect wheel blanks before later machining and surface operations. Our quality-control capabilities for alloy wheel castings include X-ray inspection to examine the casting before it moves further along the line.
We use this inspection stage to support the next production operations with a checked wheel blank.

04 / HEAT TREATMENT
Heat Treatment
After blank inspection, we carry out heat treatment as a dedicated stage before final machining. This process supports the wheel blank as it moves from casting into the next precision operations.
We manage the heat-treatment route as part of the production sequence before CNC processing and surface finishing.

05 / CNC PROCESSING
CNC Processing
We machine alloy wheel blanks on CNC equipment to achieve the required design features and dimensions. This stage follows the approved drawing and the applicable production specification.
We check the relevant machining parameters before the wheel moves forward to surface preparation and finishing.

06 / SURFACE FINISHING
Surface Finishing
We continue through surface preparation and finishing, including shot blasting, grinding, washing and coating operations. We apply the chosen finish according to the confirmed wheel program.
Our finishing route can include the applicable coating and machining steps needed to complete the wheel appearance.
