Alloy Wheel Radial
Fatigue Testing
We use radial fatigue testing to evaluate how each alloy wheel responds to repeated rolling loads before we complete our durability review.
HOW THE TEST WORKS
How We Simulate Rolling Loads
An alloy wheel radial fatigue test applies repeated radial loading while the wheel and tire assembly rotate against a test drum.
We select the test program according to the wheel specification and applicable test procedure. The program defines the radial load, operating speed and target cycle count. Our operator verifies the setup before starting the test.

Enclosed Test System
Our operator verifies the machine status, prepares the test station and confirms that the wheel assembly matches the selected program. The enclosed system maintains a controlled test area throughout the running cycle.

Cycle Monitoring
The control interface displays the active test status, running progress and machine response. Our operator follows the complete fatigue sequence and records the outcome for the wheel quality review.
WHY THE RESULT MATTERS
The result guides our wheel review
Repeated radial loading can reveal structural changes that develop as the wheel experiences long-term rolling stress. The result gives our quality team evidence for the wheel durability review.
After the sequence, we inspect the wheel, review the test record and compare the outcome with the requirement for its program. We continue the quality process only after completing this evaluation.
