KIPARDO strict quality control

Alloy Wheels Quality

KIPARDO Quality Control

At KIPARDO, we strictly implement quality control at every stage of wheel production. From the arrival of raw materials to each step of the wheel manufacturing process, we conduct detailed inspections. This includes spectral material analysis, X-ray inspection, bending fatigue testing, roundness measuring after CNC machining, surface inspection, impact testing, and more. After heat treatment, spraying, and polishing, we also perform dynamic balance testing, air leak test , radial fatigue testing, and 3D coordinate measurement to ensure every wheel meets strict quality standards. Finally, after appearance inspection, we carefully package and ship the wheels that meet the industry  standards, ensuring every customer receives KIPARDO high-quality wheel products.

alloy wheel quality test

Precision in Every Detail

Material Analysis Test

We use spectral analysis to check the composition of the aluminum alloy materials, ensuring that the proportions of all elements are within the correct range.

X-ray Machine Wheel Testing

We use X-ray inspection to check the internal structure of the alloy wheels, ensuring there are no cracks or air bubbles inside the wheels.

Three-Coordinate Analysis

We use the advanced coordinate measuring machine CMM to check the precision, geometry, and structural integrity of alloy wheels.

Air-leak Test

Our factory conducts 200% testing to double-check and prevent air leakage caused by improper handling during production.

dynamic balance test

We use automated dynamic balance test to achieve efficient and precise inspection process, ensuring the wheel’s weight is evenly distributed.

wheel radial fatigue test

We use radial fatigue test to assess the wheel’s fatigue life and structural durability, ensuring the safety and reliability of the alloy wheels.

Bending Fatigue Test of the Wheel

This process checks the durability and performance of the wheels, to ensure the wheels can handle the constant stresses of road use.

impact testing

We use impact testing to evaluate the alloy wheel’s ability to withstand sudden forces without cracking or deforming.

Roundness test

We use roundness inspection to measure the alloy wheel’s circularity and ensure the wheel is perfectly round.

wheel Diameter checking

We check if the bead seat of the wheel is within the specified dimensions to ensure a proper fit for the tire in this process.

Brake-Caliper-Clearance-Check

We check brake caliper clearance before production. We ensure the wheels can be installed properly without caliper interference.

wheel surface inspection

We check the cracks, porosity, scratches, bubbles, color consistency, and coating adhesion to ensure the safety, aesthetics, and durability of the wheel.
