KIPARDO MANUFACTURING
Forged Wheel Manufacturing Process
At KIPARDO, we move forged wheel blanks through controlled CNC machining, finishing and inspection stages to build custom forged alloy wheels for your project requirements.
01MATERIAL

FORGED WHEELS IN THE FACTORY
From forged blank to finished wheel
We organise forged wheel production around the approved design, size, PCD, offset, centre bore, finish and wheel structure. Our team prepares the material and blank, then uses the relevant CNC operations to build the wheel profile and detail.
We keep the manufacturing route practical: machining, surface preparation and inspection each follow the wheel program before the finished wheels move to packing.
PROCESS SEQUENCE
How we machine forged wheels in the factory
01 / 6061-T6 MATERIAL
Prepare the Aluminium Material
We begin the forged wheel route with 6061-T6 aluminium material selected for the approved wheel program. This gives our team the starting material specification for the required wheel structure.
We review the confirmed design and wheel parameters before the blank enters the next production stage.

02 / FORGED WHEEL BLANK
Stage the Forged Blank
We prepare the forged wheel blank for the approved machining route. The blank gives us the material form for producing the wheel centre, spokes, rim profile and mounting details.
We keep the blank identified with the production specification before CNC machining begins.

03 / CNC MACHINING
Machine the Wheel Profile
We place the forged blank on CNC equipment and machine the wheel profile according to the approved drawing. This stage forms the required spoke design, centre area, bolt pattern and other programmed wheel details.
We use the confirmed size, PCD, offset and centre-bore requirements as part of the machining route.

04 / SURFACE PREPARATION
Prepare the Wheel Finish
After machining, we prepare the wheel surface for the selected finish. Our production route can include polishing and the applicable coating preparation to match the confirmed visual direction.
We keep the finish stage aligned with the approved wheel design and order requirements.

05 / RUNOUT INSPECTION
Check the Finished Wheel
We inspect the finished wheel before it moves to packing. The inspection route includes relevant dimensional and runout checks for the approved wheel specification.
We then prepare the finished forged wheels for the agreed packing and delivery arrangement.

MACHINING & ENGINEERING DETAILS
Two views of wheel development

Turn the rotational surfaces
The lathe holds and rotates the wheel while the cutting tool works on its circular surfaces. This operation complements the milling work that forms the spoke design.
Separate analysis from measurement
The FEA view illustrates a digital model; the dial indicator shows a physical wheel check. Simulation assumptions and measured results answer different engineering questions.
FACTORY GALLERY
