Automatic Inspection Checks Wheel Balance
Dynamic balance testing is essential. Specialized alloy wheels simulates real driving conditions to accurately measure weight distribution and determine the required balancing weights, ensuring smooth, vibration-free performance at high speeds while improving driving safety and comfort.
Wheel Inspection Flow
The production line moves machined alloy wheels to the automatic inspection station in an orderly sequence.
Automatic Measurement Station
The enclosed equipment centers the wheel, completes the programmed rotation cycle and presents the imbalance measurement on the control display.
WHY THE RESULT MATTERS
We use the result to control rotational quality
Uneven mass distribution creates changing centrifugal force as the wheel rotates.
We compare the measurement with the requirement for the wheel program. When a wheel does not conform, we direct it to correction and further review.
