Flow Forming Wheels for Mercedes AMG Series
In the flow forming process, the wheel blank is first baked in a heating furnace, and then the wheel lip part is cooled while keeping the rim uncooled. 3. To add gloss and provide an additional protective layer, we apply a clear coat over the topcoat.
4.Finally, we subject each wheel to stringent coating hardness tests and adhesion grid tests to ensure outstanding wear resistance and adhesion properties.
These steps not only ensure that the rep wheels retain their appearance over time but also significantly increase their resistance to wear and corrosion during everyday use.
